At Brew City Capital Group, we specialize in sourcing and operating value-add multifamily opportunities throughout Wisconsin. We typically target class C+/B- assets in need of professional management and/or physical upgrades. Our target assets include apartment communities built in the 70’s, 80’s or 90’s in primarily suburban markets.
Our target acquisitions range from 36-150+ units and in price from $3M-$25M+. Our investment strategy revolves around applying our value-add approach to “middle” or “work force” housing. There is tremendous demand within our target markets for quality, affordable housing.
We work with private equity and debt partners to structure deals beneficial for all parties involved. Vertical integration with in-house property management and project management allows us to reposition assets quickly and efficiently.

Asset Class: Class C and B apartment communities in need of value add improvements or professional management services.
Location: Greater Milwaukee area. Primarily targeting suburban and rural markets in Southeast Wisconsin.
Size: Between 24-150 units
Acquisition Price: 1.5M-20M
