We primarily target suburban apartment communities built in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, ranging in size from 32 to 150+ units, with acquisition prices between $3 million and $25 million+. Our investment strategy is centered on enhancing "middle" or workforce housing, a segment with strong demand for high-quality, affordable living options.
Through strategic partnerships with private equity and debt investors, we structure deals that create value for all stakeholders. Our vertically integrated approach, with in-house property management and project management, allows us to efficiently reposition assets—maximizing both performance and long-term returns.
