Having a dedicated project management team ensures renovations are completed on time and on budget. It also creates an organized system which allows us to renovate hundreds of units per year across multiple locations.

Our value-add approach includes implementing professional property management using our in-house property management company, Brew City Asset Management. As well as physically improving our apartment communities with our project management team, 414 Renovations. 

Physical property improvements most often include installation of LVP flooring, painted kitchen and bathroom cabinets with new hardware, new countertops, replacing old appliances and fresh paint throughout the unit. Our renovations typically cost between 6k-10k per unit depending on size and scope of work and achieve a Return on Cost of 40%+.
